BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Tony Rogers

CEO

Tony Rogers is a successful entrepreneur and business investor in Atlanta, Georgia.  From 1996 through 2014, Tony served as Co-Founder, President & CEO, and Board member for Source One Direct which was acquired by Cardiff Holdings Corp.  Cardiff Holdings is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Gemalto N.V.

Tony is married with one son and lives with his wife in the suburbs outside of Atlanta, GA.  Tony received a BBA in Marketing from University of Georgia in 1982.  Tony enjoys golf and travel and continues to be involved in Boards and charitable organizations in the community.

Tony’s military heritage includes his father who served in the Korean War and was honorably discharged from the US Navy.

Timothy Fitzgerald

President

Since 1999, Tim Fitzgerald has served as a Senior Vice President and Wealth Advisor for Morgan Stanley in Atlanta, GA.  Prior to Morgan Stanley, Tim worked as a financial advisor for J.C. Bradford from 1996 to 1999.  Prior to that, Tim was a First Vice President for SunTrust Bank and Georgia Federal Bank. 

Tim grew up in St. Simons Island, GA and graduated with a BA in Economics from Sewanee – The University of the South in 1985.  He and his family currently live in the Brookhaven neighborhood of Atlanta.  Tim is an active member of the community and has been involved in local church, school, and charitable organizations.

Tim’s military heritage includes his father who served in the US Navy and his grandfather who served in WWI.

Chris Adams

Treasurer

Chris Adams is the Vice President for Franchise Development & Operations for Mighty Auto Parts.  Prior to joining Mighty, Chris spent 16 years in several senior roles, including Vice President & General Manager for the Healthcare team at GreatAmerica Financial Services, one of the largest independent equipment financing companies in the US.

Chris is married with two daughters and lives in the Atlanta area.  Chris graduated from the University of Florida in 1994 with a BS in Microbiology and Chemistry.  Before joining Mighty Auto Parts, Chris and his wife and two daughters spent two years on an epic 50 state road trip in an RV.  Ask him about this “Once in a lifetime” adventure.

Chris’s military heritage includes his father serving as a Captain in the Air Force for 21 years, Grandfather that fought in WWII in the US Army-Air Force, and a Great Uncle that died in WWII as a pilot.  Chris is also a member of the Sons of the Revolution organization.

Blake Batley

Secretary

Blake Batley currently serves as Chief Sales Officer for Element Solutions Inc. (NYSE: ESI).  In this role, Blake is responsible for the strategy, performance, and revenue growth for ESI’s approximately 1,000 sales team members located in 50 countries across its global enterprise.  Prior to joining ESI, Blake served in senior executive sales and marketing leadership roles with various high-tech companies such as Web Industries Inc., The Complex Sale, and Optio Software.

Blake is an Atlanta native and graduated from the University of Georgia in 1993 with a BBA in Management Information Systems (MIS).   Blake is married with three children, lives outside of Atlanta in the suburbs of Alpharetta, GA where he is involved in his church and local charities.

Blake’s military heritage includes his father who is a retired Lt. Colonel from the US Army who served in the Vietnam War.  It also includes his grandfather and 3 great uncles who all served in (and survived) WWII.  Blake has traced his military family ancestry to the Civil War and Revolutionary War.

Scott J. Schoenberg

Since 2017, Scott Schoenberg has served as a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management with Morgan Stanley.  Scott’s career in wealth management began at Paine Webber in 1991 and has included roles in both leadership and private wealth advisory.   Prior to his career in Financial Services, Scott worked for IBM while attending the University of Georgia.

Scott and his wife and three children live in Atlanta, GA.  Scott has a earned a degree in Political Science  (1991) from the University of Georgia, as well as an MBA from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business in 2005.  For over 30 years, Scott has been an active member of his community. He has been an author, served and contributed to numerous charitable organizations and run for public office.

Scott’s military heritage includes his father who served in U.S. Air Force during the Korean War

Dale Flowers

Member

Dale Flowers has spent over 30 years in Broadline Foodservice Distribution Sales, including 27 years with US Foods.  Dale is currently with Merchants Foodservice where he is responsible for the company’s National Sales organization that is responsible for servicing national and regional chain restaurants such as Moe’s Southwestern Grill, Sonic Drive-Ins, Subway, and Firehouse Subs.

Dale grew up in the Metro-Atlanta area and attended Dekalb college.  He and his wife are residents of Marietta, GA and have three children and eight grandchildren all of whom reside in the North Atlanta area.

Dale’s military heritage includes his father, uncle, and grandfather who each served in the US Army.

Allen Grinalds

Member

Allen Grinalds is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Marine Corp and currently serves as the Director of Real Estate for Morris Communications, LLC.  Allen is also a Managing Partner with Arsenal Services LLC which is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business focused on Federal contracting.

Allen is married and lives in Augusta, GA with his wife and six children.  Allen earned a BS in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy in 1994 and became a Designated U.S. Naval Aviator in 1996.  Allen later went on to earn an MS in Military Science from the United States Marine Corps University in 2006, as well as an MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2012.

From 1994 to 2013, Allen’s military service includes assignments in combat and at the Pentagon in roles such as: Director of Training Standardization for 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing; Commanding Officer of Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron-269; Activation Officer & Executive Officer for the Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron-467; Marine “Top Gun” Instructor Pilot / Department Manager; appointments as a Congressional Affairs Officer & Speech Writer and Program Leader for Light Attack Helicopter Plans at the Pentagon.

Allen flew 200 combat flight missions in Iraq and Afghanistan.  He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and Air Medal with Valor in Iraq, the Bronze Star medal in Afghanistan, and the Meritorious Service Medal for his staff contributions.

Gary Miller

Member

Gary Miller is a former and medically retired combat veteran of the U.S. Air Force.  He currently works with Fortune 500 Companies as a Regional Technology Officer focusing on Cyber Security. 

Gary currently resides with his family in the suburbs outside of Atlanta, GA.  

Gary’s military service with the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command included being a member of and leading a 48-person team supporting the Global War on Terrorism, War in Iraq, and War in Afghanistan.  Gary was awarded multiple Air Force and cross-service awards as well as Outstanding Unit with Valor during the invasion of Iraq in 2003.

Sean Tyler

Sean Tyler is a United States Marine veteran and is currently a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Agent.  Prior to working in Real Estate, Sean served as a Police Officer in Henry County, Georgia.

Sean is a native of Atlanta and currently lives in Locust Grove, GA.  He is the father of two children and is also a grandfather.

Sean’s military service includes serving as a United States Marine for four years.  Sean also worked as a contractor for the Marine Corps in Afghanistan and Kuwait in 2009.
